1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Property LogIQ website, content and services (“Site” and “Services”).

By accessing the Site, booking an appointment, purchasing services or otherwise engaging with Property LogIQ, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific services.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site and Services.
 

2. Use of the Site

2.1 Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Site for lawful, personal purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

2.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• interfere with the operation or security of the Site;

• upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, defamatory or infringing material;

• attempt unauthorised access to any system or data;

• use automated tools to scrape or extract data;

• imply endorsement or sponsorship by Property LogIQ without consent.
   

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and materials, is owned by or licensed to Property LogIQ and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws.

You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.
 

4. Services

4.1 Nature of Services

Property LogIQ provides general information, education, coordination and support services relating to property investment.

We do not provide financial product advice, legal advice, taxation advice or credit advice under Australian law.

4.2 Service Engagements

Specific services, fees and inclusions may be outlined in separate engagement letters, proposals or booking confirmations. These Terms apply unless expressly varied in writing.

4.3 Third-Party Services

We may introduce or coordinate third-party professionals or providers. These parties operate independently under their own licences, and Property LogIQ is not responsible for their advice, actions or outcomes.
 

5. Fees & Payment

Fees are payable as displayed on the Site or as agreed in writing. Prices may change from time to time but will not affect confirmed bookings already paid.
 

6. Refunds

Unless otherwise stated in writing, services are non-refundable once commenced or once information has been provided.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
 

7. Disclaimers

7.1 General Information Only

All information provided is general in nature and does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs.

7.2 No Guarantees

Property LogIQ does not guarantee outcomes, performance, returns, property values, income, growth or financial results of any kind.

7.3 Forward-Looking Information

Any examples, estimates or forward-looking statements are illustrative only and based on assumptions that may change. Actual outcomes may differ materially.
 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Property LogIQ is not liable for any loss, damage or expense (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from:

• use of or reliance on the Site or Services;

• errors or omissions in content;

• interruption or unavailability of the Site;

• third-party services or information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
 

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Property LogIQ against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
 

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services at any time. Clauses which by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the State of New South Wales, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
 

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
