STRUCTURAL WARRANTIES & ONGOING MAINTENANCE
Upon delivery, each unit is warranted to be free from defects and constructed in accordance with the specifications set out in the executed Sale and Purchase Agreement. Long term asset quality is supported through a Unit Refurbishment Fund, funded from a percentage of gross room revenue, ensuring apartments are maintained to consistent “apartment standard” presentation over time. Insurance coverage is also procured upon transfer to provide protection against unforeseen risks.
PROJECT STATUS & DELIVERY TIMELINE
Beraban Luxury Lofts is fully licensed and currently under construction a rare position in Bali’s highly regulated development environment. Construction completion is contractually defined, with practical completion scheduled for December 2026. The project is forecast to become operational shortly thereafter.
